This report was prepared by the Solutions to Achieve Viability and Efficiency (SAVE) Task Force in accordance with SCR 43 of the 2023 Regular Session. The report addresses the challenges faced by fiscally- and operationally-distressed municipalities in Louisiana, and provides recommendations to address these challenges.
